Parents Night By Scout Troop 5 Showcases Scouting
Scout Troop 5 held a parents night last Thursday with a program showing how the troop runs and the Tenderfoot investiture ceremony. Parents and fathers discussed forming a Dad’s group and mothers forming a Mothers Auxiliary, then joined in the post program refreshments.

A group of girls met at Jane Hill's home to organize the Round Table Junior's 4 H Club with Jone Hill as leader. Report Cards At Mortimer School Highlight Honor Roll
The Mortimer school issued its first report card on Tuesday. Only one pupil, Jessie Bennett, made the Honor Roll with at least 90 percent. The school average stood at 81 percent while seventeen students had perfect attendance.
