Predicts Use Of Air As Automobile Fuel in Los Angeles
Roy J Meyers asserts motorists will refill tanks with air rather than gasoline. He demonstrates a six cylinder radial engine car without carburetor ignition or cooling system, using a compressed air tank at 500 pounds. The vehicle reaches 35 mph, with claimed potential for higher speeds using a Seer shift and stronger engine. Air recirculation and recompression occur as it moves, with cooling returning to the pressure tank powered by batteries and a generator.
