WATERTOWN Oct 5 ACGSA explained the Greater South Dakota Association's year end activities. George A Starring executive vice president and treasurer spoke to about 4 300 members outlining agricultural efforts taxes highways and tourism initiatives including crop campaigns grasshopper control and a state resources exhibit at the national wheat contest. He noted tax meetings and recommendations shaping 1939 legislation and highlighted touring bureau promotions and a Chicago Travel Show exhibit to spur South Dakota tourism.
