Wagner and Fantle Brothers, citing that knowledge of liability insurance influenced the jury. The decision warns of strict scrutiny on verdicts when liability insurance is involved. Other actions include affirming a Mitchell dam case and Red Cross bequest, reversing damages against Northern States Power, and overturning a Draper elevator lease ruling.
