Watertown November 22 A Minneapolis physician J E Doran pleaded guilty to practicing as an itinerant physician and was fined 500 dollars plus a 1000 dollar license fee The attorney said Doran had been visiting South Dakota for 25 years advertising internal medicine and sending patients medicines from his Minneapolis lab after diagnosing and prescribing His immediate plea followed his arrest and it was noted he had previously obtained a license in other years but not this year.
