Appeal Argued in Nesbit Case
Sioux Falls attorney argued before the state supreme court that evidence of a $97,000 Sioux City jewelry robbery should not have been admitted in the Nesbit murder trial. The prosecution contends the crime shows premeditation and Nesbit’s link to Floyd Baker, with the decedent slain on December 31.
