Albany November 3 Roosevelt makes a last minute plan change for the final stretch of his campaign. He goes to New Jersey for a brief tour including Jersey City and Newark then returns to the Metropolitan opera house in New York City for the first of three metropolitan area speeches. He will be introduced by Owen D. Young of General Electric and continues with speeches in Brooklyn and Madison Square Garden.
