Interest Lags In Demo Convention
PIERRE May 34 P A hundred twenty one delegates from 59 organized counties of South Dakota have filed credentials for the democratic state convention next Monday. Lack of contests for major offices and few for minor places slow interest. Five counties did not elect delegates. Governor Bulow remains party nominee for US senator and McCullough rural credits commissioner as gubernatorial nominee. The convention will name minor state office candidates, party officers and frame the 1959 platform.
