Washington May 3 The Supreme Court delayed its final decision on the constitutionality of the federal social security act. Justices will hear unemployment insurance and old age pension provisions in sessions planned through May 17 before adjourning for the summer. Earlier, the court upheld a 1934 revenue act tax on coconut oil imports from the Philippines and allowed the federal government to sue to recover money under a 1933 Soviet recognition agreement.
