State Debate Meet Opens at University of South Dakota
Vermillion March 23 More than 100 debaters and extemporaneous speakers from high schools across the state travel to the University of South Dakota for the annual state tournament of high school debating and extemporaneous leagues. Eleven debates run Monday through Wednesday March 27 with district champions seeking the Davis loving cup and silver medals awarded to top individuals.
