Faith June 26 A lineman named Wiggens was knocked from a 29 foot pole while stringing a new line and was exposed to 2300 volts. He suffered severe burns to both hands and arms and was in critical condition after the fall to hard ground. He works for the city plant and the accident occurred during installation of a replacement line.
