Mil ler County judge Frank KR Fisher sentences 25 year old Albert Dant of Fedora after he pleads guilty to stealing chickens from Paul Christopherson. Dant admits two other similar crimes and receives a one year penitentiary term with one year suspended, plus conditions to deter future thefts. He will report to Sioux Falls prison next year, with enhanced repayment requirements to deter crime.
