First Civil Case Set In June Term For Auto Damage
The June circuit court opens with a car damage suit between N. J. Mayer and Gilman Van Olst, an instructor at the Washington school here, as the first civil case to be tried by a jury. A later auto collision case against Van Olst follows. A criminal case against John Rauscher, alleged Huron courthouse robber, is set to begin Monday morning, June 16.
