Formerly a Yale blacksmith, he moved to Huron five years ago and continued in the trade. Citrus fruit exports to Europe from southern California this year will total about 2,000,000 boxes, surpassing the 1929 high by 490,000. Last year 1930 had only 162,600 boxes due to a short crop, while 1929 saw California ship 1,600,000 boxes and South Africa 1,100,000.
