Pioneer Of Cavour Dies This Morning
Edward J. Fernsn, a 10-year pioneer of Cavour born March 27 1862 in Iowa County Wisconsin, died around 7:30 am at his home after declining health. He settled west of town in 1887 and moved to Cavour in 1920. Survived by his widow, two brothers John of Cavour and William of Ridgeway, and two sisters Mrs Phil Smith of Cavour and Mrs Pat Kelley of Mitchell. Burial planned in Cavour cemetery. funeral arrangements not yet set.
