Shipper Dies After Hay Rack Fall Injury
F L Shipper a Bancroft farmer died at Huron hospital at 8:30 this morning from injuries suffered Thursday noon when he fell from a loaded hay rack. He broke his back and was paralyzed from the chest down. The body will be taken to an undertaker in Iroquois and shipped to Emerson Iowa for burial Sunday.

Berger's Condition Remains Critical
Victor L. Berger former socialist congressman, 69, remained in critical condition after being moved to a private hospital. Doctors and nurses attended him continuously as he showed delirium, high temperature, and elevated blood pressure following a skull fracture from a streetcar collision.
