A quiet Saturday morning wedding at Father Christy’s parochial residence in Rapid City joined Miss Geraldine Crawford and J. W. Wolner in a ten thirty ceremony. Wolner wedding party heads to Rapid City and Casper
H Crawford of Huron is brother of Mrs Wolner. At eleven, the bridal party left for the Old Mill Tex Room in Rapid City for a three course wedding breakfast. The Wolners will spend about two weeks in Cheyenne before settling in Casper. Mrs Wolner, daughter of the Crawfords of 763 Utah Ave SW, has worked for Morin Colton. Mr Wolder, formerly of Huron, works for Reid Murdock at Casper.

Blaze destroys Hitchcock barn and losses total
Fire at the Hitchcock dairy barn began in the separator room around 3 PM Sunday, consuming the building in 15 minutes. Owner Mrs. Fannie Kenaston and dairy equipment owner Lee Sawtelle suffered total losses, including a separator, four calves, and more. Sawtelle set his clothing on fire but escaped by diving into a water tank. Nearby homes on Laverty and Herman Meyer streets caught fire but were quickly controlled. Estimated loss around $2,000 with partial insurance.
