University Law Library Needs Funds and Upgrades
A South Dakota report by a special committee urges a minimum 1,5000 for the university law library plus ongoing funding to relieve congestion and update volumes. The panel notes past appropriations were too small and cites required annual and five year spending to maintain American Bar Association and Association of American Law Schools standards. It names Judge A B Bock and others and says the proposal will be presented to the state legislature.
