John A Sauer 76 a longtime Huron pioneer and South Dakota manufacturing figure died in a Huron hospital at 3 PM Monday of pneumonia after three weeks illness. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at Grace Episcopal Church at 2 PM with Rev. John Ward Smith officiating. burial in Riverside Cemetery beside his wife who died March 1 1931. Elks Lodge members will preside. body lies in state 7 to 9 PM tonight at Welter funeral chapel. Honorary pallbearers include W Davis Joe Daum sr Albert Robinson DO Root Halland Wheeler Ed B Dinneen and M C Alford.
