The Gold Medal Dairy announced completion of 5000 to 6000 dollars worth of improvements at its 348 Kansas Avenue Southeast plant. New equipment includes a 14 step bottle washing line, stainless steel pasteurizers, two units with 200 gallon and 150 gallon capacities, elevating cleaning and pasteurization capabilities.
Jensen described a new Gold Medal Dairy facility featuring a milk cooler bottling machine that fills and caps a0" malts per minute and a 790 pound capacity butter churn. Stainless tanks and sanitary design enable spotless cleanliness. A production line moves cleaned bottles to pasteurizing and cooling, then into refrigerators for city sale.
