SIOUX FALLS Feb 20 Judge Herbert B Rudolph youngest judge on the circuit court bench of the state has forwarded his resignation to Governor Bulow and will take over the law practice of A B Carlson at Canton. Rudolph appointed by Governor McMaster in 1924 at age 29.

Several thousand South Dakota women in home extension clubs will study ways and means of beautifying home grounds this spring. A. L. Ford, extension horticulturist, will lead demonstrations for home extension clubs and county agents.
