Three Named As Kidnapers Taken In St Louis County

Prosecutor Arthur Anderson said three of nine men named by Adolph Fielder as Kelley kidnapping suspects were arrested today. Dr Isaac D Kelley, a nose and throat specialist, was lured from his home by a fake call on April 20 1931 and released to Post-Dispatch reporter John Rogers on a county road. Bart Davis and two Negroes were detained for questioning at Clayton jail. other suspects would be captured soon.
