Forfeits Bond on Tipsy Driving Charge
W H Gordon of 444 Utah Avenue Southeast forfeited a $50 bond in Municipal Court on a charge of operating an automobile while intoxicated after his car left the highway and crashed into an electric light pole near Third Street and Beach Avenue Southeast.
