Beadle County approves default sale of bank bonds
Beadle County South Dakota Board resolves that a $10,000 county deposit in Farmers and Merchants State Bank of Wessington was secured by government bonds. With the bank closed, the board orders sale of the bonds to recover the deposit plus interest, and surplus to the bank superintendent. Proceedings detail approvals, refunds, and county business through December 4, 1931.
