Yierre December 4 The South Dakota Bar association announced four new committees to implement a recommended program. Appointments were made by S. W. Clark, with Voorhees of Sioux Falls as past president and Karl Goldsmith as secretary. Committees cover Organization of Integrated State Bar, Creation of Judicial Council, Revision of Code and Permanent Code Reviser, and Taxation Inquiry. Members include Roy E. Willy, F. Db. Wicks, Ray F. Williamson, M. A. Brown, Irwin A. Churchill, W. G. Miser, J. 8. Hanton, H. E. Hitchcock, G. J. Danforth, C. A.
