Washington April 23 The allotment plan of farm relief winning broad support in western wheat states was outlined today by Dean W L Wilson of the Montana State Agricultural College to agriculture department officials and leaders of the American Farm Bureau Federation and the National Grange. The plan aims to make the 42 cent tariff effective for wheat and was explained to Nils A Olsen chief of the Agriculture bureau of economies who will analyze it for Secretary Hyde. Wilson also discussed the plan with the Farm Board which will study it thoroughly before a definite opinion is given.
