Officer Author Urges Concentrated War Strike To Win
Col. Gal W F Kernan argues in his new book that the United Nations mishandles World War strategy by overadministering and fighting on many fronts. He proposes concentrating attacks at a single heart region, with decisive blows to topple the enemy and then pressing forward. He suggests possible targets in the Mediterranean and Balkans to win ally support and shift Hitler’s power.
