Near Completion in Trial of Lapke in Miller Court
In Miller County S D April 16 more than six hours of testimony closed with Alph Lapke near noon facing a first degree murder trial. The defense prepared to complete its cross examination of Lapke who is charged with stabbing his mother, Mrs Anton Lapke, at their farm north of here last December. The state sought time for further cross examination while a few rebuttal witnesses remain.
