Clarence Anderson a Hamm Brewing salesman from Sioux Falls is held on charges of failing to report the accident and driving while intoxicated. Witnesses described a fast passing car and a pursuit ended two miles east of Waensacket where Anderson wrecked his vehicle. Blood on the car indicated involvement and Anderson is jailed in Woonsocket.
