President Dole Comments On Chief Justice Judd Return

In a Saturday issue a Hawaii paper stated A F Judd would not resume Chief Justice duties upon returning to the Islands. President Dole said he had no idea and that any decision would depend on Judd's health. He added there has been no correspondence between the government and Washington on the matter.
