White man held for sanity exam after gun incident
George Hreat, white, is held in the station house as authorities investigate his sanity. Last night at 6 20 he drew a loaded eight gauge revolver in an uptown saloon, threatened Mrs Fogarty, fired five cartridges on Richards Street, and was arrested on Beretana Street with the gun. Deputy High Sheriff Chillingworth and Officer Martin led the arrest. Breen’s friends say he is a little off. He faces an examination today.
