Pioneer Mil Expansion at Flohr Muntterm Stockholders Meet

At the Flohr Muntterm stockholders meeting held at H. Hackfeld & Co offices on Saturday, the charter was amended to raise capital from 1,350,000 to 2,000,000 with shares unchanged. The Pioneer Mill Co. in Lahaina shows strong sugar output and plans to boost next season.

Orpheum Concert Delights Loyal Saturday Patrons

Regular Orpheum patrons packed the theater on Saturday night despite strong competition elsewhere. The farce A Night at the Angington, a skit Little Nonsense by May Ashley and Jim Post, offered humorous hits and lively action. Miss Dale and Miss Graham sang well, with Sailor's boropipe performed. Manes Valley Nite Near Cooper Home In Manoa Valley

The lower part of Manoa Valley near the Cooper home is busy with activity as houses and stables are completed and more homes are planned. Native residents are employed grading the Manoa road, and by year’s end about a dozen new houses will line the Cooper yard area.
