Colonel J A Fisher resigns from Hawaii National Guard
Colonel J A Fisher of the Hawaii National Guard has resigned and plans a coast trip. He joined the Honolulu Rifles in 1853, served as captain of company B after 1890, then lieutenant colonel with the P G forces in 1898, and later colonel under the Republic of Hawaii. The Ganpang D unit has been disbanded for inefficiency.
