James H. Boyd Discharged From All Three Indictments

James H. Boyd former Superintendent of Public Works is discharged from all three indictments for embezzlement. The court granted a motion for acquittal on the first indictment due to insufficient evidence to go to the jury. Prosecution for Indictments No 2 and 3 was not pursued as directed by the Attorney General.
