Mortgagee announces intent to foreclose on property described as a parcel at Keapaakon and Wailkiich, Royal Patent No. 250s, area four and eighty one hundred acres. The notice provides the foreclosure action and sale terms under the applicable laws and identifies the property owner and location.

The Health Board met yesterday with President Eigerson Dr Day and Mowre Lansing and Kellipio present along with the agent and clerk. Inspector Keliipio reported 93780 fish receipts for the week due to a Molokai cargo while Dr Day noted low risk of further smallpox cases at the quarantine station. Dr Goodhue submitted hospital tallies for April 1 1896 and Lolani Hospital figures for March 186. The secretary was tasked to inform HH Hackfeld about fumigation plant details and a death notice for Judge Kukania Kalawayo dated July 10 was noted. the board adjourned after the usual secret session.
