Suit on Insurance Policy Involving Fire Losses

A suit is filed by A Meriedh Acht and A G Mericourt against a defendant linked to London and Lancashire. They allege a fire policy for 83010 and 2500, issued for three years from May 7, 1898, covering property in Kalihisleo that was destroyed. The defendant allegedly breached the contract by not paying losses. Humphreys & Hanke represent the plaintiffs. Depew, New York, July 8. Senator Chauncey M Depew and Chauncey M. Depew Jr. were aboard the steamer Campania arriving at her pier. The Bar of Doughmore was also a passenger.

Soldier dies of typhoid in military hospital

Private Hermann Solwanucke of Battery N Sixth Artillery died yesterday in the military hospital from typhoid fever. Funeral services will be held at St Andrew's Cathedral at 2:30 PM with interment in Navanu Cemetery. Friends are invited to attend.

Largest Diamond on View at Fort Stravt Jewelers
