On the 25th day of dane 1806 the undersigned purchased from Mevars Wong Chong and Ng Gang, assignees of the estate of Ting Sang Wai Co a bankrupt of Wailus Island Kanal H. Death of B S Horner in Kauai Coroner Rules Accidental Drowning

A coroner's inquest in Honolulu returns verdict of accidental drowning in the death of B S Horner a mule driver on the Mokoe Sugar Company plantation at Kealia Kauai. He was thrown from a horse on a bridge into a water ditch on July 4 and found July 7. He leaves a widow and one child. Funeral held Sunday at 3 pm. He belonged to Mystic Lodge Knights of Pythias.

Hugo Visher, born Bohemian and educated, received two warm ovations from officers of the Austrian warship Saida. He was welcomed aboard as an Austrian subject at first. His reputation spans the empire and the commander and crew valued extending hospitality to Mr Fisher aboard the Saida.

In a Honolulu District Court session Captain Patrick Curtis testified under cross examination about buying the sloop Spray from Galway and taking a trip to Molokai. Adjournment was set for 1:30 p.m. pending witness Burt. Sing Kin and Kuhan pleaded not guilty in separate opium and liquor cases, with K. Kane named as defense. Supreme Court decisions were issued, including rulings on circuit and district court appeals and a mortgage redemption case involving Ma fe Kabai.

Whitney then went to Australia after promising to return if indictment was dropped. Greenwald seeks to recover property on grounds Daykins promised to forego prosecution but did not.
