Public Works Seeks Bids for Helepuaa to Kaulahika Road Renovation
By authority proposals will be received by the office of the Superintendent of Public Works in Honolulu until 12 oclock noon on July 11 1946 for remodeling 11 500 feet of road from Helepua to Kaulahika Puna Hawaii. Plans and specifications may be inspected by bidders for a five dollar deposit. Proposals must use the official forms provided and be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Superintendent of Public Works Honolulu Hawaii endorsed Proposal for Road from Helepua to Kaulahika Puna Hawaii. Each bid must include full names and a certified check equal to six percent of the bid payable to C S Holloway Supt of Public Works. The right to reject any or all bids is reserved.
