Deputy Sheriff Chitey Iingworth seized tickets tied to the so called Little Louisiana Lottery after a lengthy stakeout. He arrested Joaquin Silva and recovered a pile of tickets and ledgers showing sales and names. a barber on board the Alameda was implicated as the ticket source. Silva confessed to obtaining tickets from the Alameda barber and facing court actions. another suspect Rottenberg is sought.
