Court hears assault case against P Moldenhauer in city court
In Judge de la Vergne s court P Moldenhauer faced trial for assaulting Maria with hair pulling and blows in a hack on March 28 at 7 pm. Witness Gustav Theisen described the attack, a pistol brandish, and a fight that led to a warrant. Moldenhauer, a police officer, was found guilty and fined 810 plus 83.40 costs.
