The notice details Supplement No 1 to local freight tariff No 10 effective August 12 1915 offering 85 cents per 100 pounds for empty packages returning in any lot. It requires shippers to load all packages over 125 pounds and to comply with Railroad Commission rules on removing inflammable signs before acceptance, signed by W R Reynolds agent.
