The Nevada Hydraulic Gold Mining Company of Salt Lake City Utah applies under Section 59, Chapter 140 to appropriate public waters from Six Creek Flood Plain in Township 35 North Range 30 East and adjacent areas. The water will be diverted by piping and ditches for milling and domestic use and returned to the stream. State Engineer Scrugham signs the notice dated August 16, 1939.
