Catlin Owners Plan Ten Stamp Mill at Silver Bow

Catlin property owners in Silver Bow Nye County will build a ten stamp mill in spring. Bert L Smith says winter work will focus on developing the mine which now shows a lodge of free milling silver ore with some shipments already made. Shipping ore costs about 57 per ton in freight and charges. The ore is said to be easily milled with large profits. Partners Must Pay Their Share When a partner in an unpatented mining claim refuses annual assessment work the law allows a settlement by publishing a 90 day notice to delinquent partners. If they fail to contribute their share the title passes to compliant partners and the delinquent loses any claim.
