J Lucey justice of the peace in Eureka Township suffered a stroke of apoplexy on Wednesday afternoon after 2 o clock at his court house office. He fell from his chair and was unable to help himself. The 62 year old is now at home in Bu t e ka, with paralysis on the left side and limited right side function. Doctors believe he may regain some use but cannot return to active duty.
