The Hamilton Mining, Power and Transportation Co. assets were bought Saturday by A. W. Witcher at sheriff's sale. The firm had produced high grade lead-silver ore shipped to Salt Lake Valley smelters, but low lead prices kept it from paying. Witcher plans remain undecided though operation may resume. ore dumps offer immediate profit at current lead prices.
