Eureka County commissioners met July 6 with Edgar Sadler R J Reed and W S Raine present. They authorized a $150 warrant to A J Maestretti for services in State of Nevada Vs Overton and Parker. The board accepted Kate Harris resignation as Health Officer and hired Dr W H Brennen as County Physician and Health Officer with defined salary terms. Auditor Edger Eather refused to audit Maestretti bill, but the board overrode the veto. Insurance for County Court House was set for three years.
