Cattle Stealing Hearing in Eureka Justice Court
In Eureka County Justice Court Judge J Lucey heard the State case against Earl Overton and Ross Parker on grand larceny charges for allegedly taking two head of cattle from Eureka Land and Stock Company range and slaughtering them. Key testimony traced tracks, corral evidence, and hides found by Isadore Sara, with witnesses W R Reynolds and N P Morgan presenting. The State rested and defense reserved, with a continuation noted on page four.
