Startling Evidence in State Bank Case in Carson
Carson Nevada February 10 The Heoviver Bank Wildes case against State Bank and Trust Company directors drags in Carson District Court. Receiver’s attorney pressed a point about a loan made while the bank was failing. Judge permitted the question. Receiver testified the bank was failing on July 15 1907 and after that date directors loaned 318 044 42 with doors closed within three months. At closing the bank had 131 946 33 on hand and owed 2 277 277.
