Contracts for the next four years will date from July 1 and be based on regular rates, with a complex schedule tied to acts of July 17 1878. The Southern Pacific San Francisco to Ogden route carries 99 110 pounds daily at 25.33 mph and nets the government about 926 254.46 yearly.

A French sheepherder arriving in Reno reports two shepherds and their dogs buried by heavy snow near Donnelly Mountain. He says nine thousand sheep owned by B. Laanga of Eagleville California perished, while Lassga holds 2000 more sheep for sale at 25 cents each. Many cattle also died as storms raged across Northern Nevada.

Stubbs Daughter Sues For Divorce In Reno

Reno report says Mrs John Sunderland filed suit for divorce from John Sunderland Regent of the University of Nevada and Democratic National Committeeman. The complaint is sealed and grounds undisclosed. Mrs Sunderland is daughter of J O Stubbs traffic manager of the Harri son line.

O'Brien granted separate maintenance plus $500 cash and Tonopah home to Mrs O'Brien while community property mostly remains with him.
