Secret Entente Letter Grants Italy War Entry Rights

Petrograd reports published text of a 1915 accord by France Great Britain Russia and Italy granting Italy to annex Trentino southern Tyrol Trieste Istria and Dalmatia upon entering the war. It envisions Italian control over Albania Libya Muslim holy places in Arabia and expanded Africa holdings, with naval support and £50 million borrowing.
